Provide individual and group career coaching/advising, educational programming, and faculty networking in assigned career clusters. Administer and interpret career assessments. Plan, implement and market programming for assigned Career Center programs. Work schedule includes occasional attendance at night and weekend events. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Educational Qualifications and Field of Study:
Master’s degree in counseling, college student personnel, human resources, or related discipline required.
Required Year(s) and Type of Work Experience:
No experience required with a Master’s degree.
Note: A Bachelor’s degree and three years progressively responsible, related work experience may be considered in lieu of the Master’s degree.
