The newly launched Lewis Honors College seeks candidates for an External Partnerships Associate to serve in a leadership role for the Center for Personal Development. The center provides a holistic approach to student growth and development as they explore their purpose in life. Individual counseling and programs specifically designed for honors students focus on self-awareness, personal wellness, professional confidence, and career readiness. Staff work individually with students to develop personal, professional, and career goals while building resiliency.
The External Partnerships Associate provides leadership for the team in regard to the engagement of external constituents (including alumni, employers, graduate schools, and leadership development programs) in the day-to-day activities of the center and college. The position is responsible for coordinating on-campus recruitment visits for graduate programs and employers within the honors college, as well as in collaboration with other university units connected to the visit goals. Engaging alumni to participate in career and professional exploration programs is another area of focus.
