The Assistant Director for Career and Professional Development is responsible for providing career coaching services and programming for all students and alumni and as such is assigned alternative work hours. The assistant director meets with individuals and delivers group presentations relative to career and professional development topics. The assistant director works collaboratively with department colleagues as well as internal and external constituents to advance the strategic goals of the department and Professional U. Full time permanent position beginning approximately, June 11, 2018. Work schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Ability to travel and work weekend hours periodically as directed. Salary is determined per union contract (SUA 2, Step 1 - $47,061); excellent benefit package.
Bachelor’s degree required. Finalist(s) for this position must communicate well and successfully complete an interview process.
