Baylor University is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) Student Engagement to formulate, implement, and support career development programs and actions designed to increase the engagement of our student in their careers in concern with Baylor's mission.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Experience in developing critical career skills for enhanced hiring potential of individuals
Passion and dedication to contribute to the successful development of others
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse range of individuals
Distinguished professional career of consistent, increased responsibility and leading others to success
Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree, five years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Master's Degree and eight years of relevant work experience are preferred.
