Job Description The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for a Coordinator, Student Union Programming and Marketing. The Coordinator, Student Union Programming and Marketing, is a key member of the program management team for the Joe Crowley Student Union (JCSU) at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). The Coordinator is responsible for successful development, coordination, implementation and assessment of programs. Incumbent is charged with initiating and overseeing innovative communication methods for services and programs including print and electronic media and website design. The position oversees, in coordination with the Associate Director of JCSU, all student union programming and marketing efforts and budgets. The individual develops public relations initiatives in coordination with University Marketing and Communications.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant professional experience or a Master's Degree and one year of relevant professional experience.
Schedule or Travel Requirements Variable work schedule/non-traditional hours
Preferred Qualifications Experience in student union programming and marketing.
Compensation Grade B
