In close collaboration with the Enterprise Campus Recruitment Operations and Student Experience Manager, this role will focus on the preparation, implementation, and execution of BMO’s campus programs, playing an important role in the success of our campus recruitment efforts.
Work with Program Manager to implement a best-in-class experience for stakeholders, supporting designated campus channels.
Understand business requirements and assist Program Manager to design and develop tools including communications and presentations.
Assist Program Manager to establish and document efficient processes, standards and procedures for program delivery.
Participate in the planning, logistics and execution of program initiatives including new hire orientation, campus influencer program, student conference and other events as required.
Be a social media guru in order to continue our online platform strategy.
Participate in the development of program data to accurately provide metrics and track overall effectiveness.
Deliver ad hoc reporting as requested.
Develop and manage Program Team’s centralized resources (including SharePoint).
Manage program related expenses to ensure overall operations are within budget.
Other projects as required.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills: must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, across the enterprise, and with varying levels including senior executives.
Ability to work varied hours as required
Experience as a Campus Ambassador or Campus Influencer is highly desirable.
