Advance students’ career development by providing effective career counseling, coaching, and advising. Engage in building and maintaining the evolution and staffing of the Career Studio initiative, a laboratory for students to receive advising on resumes, cover letters, and general career-related topics. Hire, train, supervise, and direct a team of undergraduate Career Ambassadors and office assistants in providing excellent customer service and career education. Responsible for providing direct customer service and career guidance to clientele. Monitor service for quality assurance and measure learning outcomes from interactions. Provide expertise in online resources and conduct research on career-related topics. Coordinate UNIV101 partnership presentations and reservations of office space for internal and external users.
Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 1 year related experience, or Bachelors degree and 3 years related experience. Global Career Development Facilitator certification preferred.
