The Associate Director is a member of the Career Center Director's leadership team, which collaboratively works to provide leadership and vision in the establishment of policy and procedures to effectively deliver comprehensive career services.

1. Master's Degree (emphasis in higher education, human resource management, administration, student affairs, or related field) 2. Three years of experience in a business or career office setting 3. Exceptional organization, written and oral communication skills, ability to oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail, supervisory experience, a motivated/enthusiastic work style, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a broad range of internal and external constituents 4. Versatile team player with strong communication, collaboration, technology, administrative/management, counseling and teaching skills required. 5. If this position is Security Sensitive or if you are subject to a criminal background investigation based on University Policy, employment is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation. You may not begin work until the criminal background investigation results have been received and cleared by Human Resources.
