As Director of University Relations and Branding, you want to shape the future of campus recruitment and branding
Not only will you be able to make a difference in Talent Acquisition you will have an opportunity to transform the way we do campus recruitment and use brand to tell an extraordinary Honeywell story!
This is a strategic role which will lead the transformation and execution of the university hiring, and brand development for campus recruitment and more broadly across the company. You will:
Design innovative campus recruitment strategies to enable the attraction and selection of the top diverse talent from across numerous schools to join Honeywell.
Manage stakeholders across all Honeywell businesses and regions and recruiting partners to drive effective recruiting efforts to ensure this channel is returning high quality talent at scale.
Lead school selection using objective criteria to select targeted schools. Build investment and relationship strategies and engagement process for each tier of schools.
Identify, design and deploy the appropriate assessment and interviewing tools for the UR selection. process allowing for efficient selection at scale and a premiere candidate experience maximizing the digital.
In partnership with Talent Management and the business, you will design the appropriate on-boarding and acclimation experience for cohorts of incoming talent.
Collaborate with the appropriate Honeywell functions (e.g. Marketing) to continually develop and sustain our employer brand and bring it to life externally and internally through online and offline channels.
Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to align internal and external messaging and ensure consistent messaging across all content for everything we do and share.

What you need to succeed at Honeywell:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 or more years of experience leading companywide campus recruiting programs
Minimum 5 year of Talent Acquisition Leadership experience
Minimum 3 year of marketing or branding experience
It would be great if you also have:
Demonstrated record of achievement of transforming talent acquisition involving digitization and / or marketing and branding
Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders
Ability to partner well across business lines and provide excellent customer service in all cases
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and deadlines
