This position supports the career success of Minnesota State University, Mankato students and graduates through career counseling/coaching, group programs and education for assigned academic areas and Diversity and Inclusion departments. Coordinate University student employment; provide leadership for department hiring, training and development of student employees; assist with department operations and initiatives; supervise graduate student staff; and manage communications for areas of responsibility. Serve as member of department management team.
Qualifications include a masters degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in career services, student affairs, or higher education.
