Advertised Job Summary: This position will represent the Moore School of Business to new and established partners to provide placement/internship opportunities for all Moore School of Business students. Will also oversee all employer activity for all designated industry clients on campus and ensure that employers are treated in an appropriate/relevant manner. This position is responsible for developing a pipeline of full-time employment and internship opportunities for both graduate/undergraduate students and supervision of the Corporate Outreach Team. Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions) Master’s degree in Student Services or related field and 8 years experience in student services program area. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Business, Education, International Studies or International Business preferred. Working knowledge of the graduate and undergraduate business marketplace is critical, with 7-10 years of experience working specifically within a recruiting or job placement function is highly preferred. Experience in any of the following is desired: Career service management, corporate career development, higher education administration, corporate recruiting, marketing and/or sales. Language abilities preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, creativity, and an ability to work as a member of a diverse team. Professional demeanor and tact, discretion, and good judgment in working with students, faculty and administrative units within the University. Knowledge of the graduate and undergraduate business marketplace in the United States and knowledge of US employment laws is critical, as is familiarity with economies, businesses, and recruiting practices in one or more major market areas outside the United States. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as a majority of job responsibilities, is required. Strong degree of independence and discretion is required to perform duties as an Employer Relations Team member and requires understanding of a highly competitive program and requires the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment. Will be required to interact with other units within the school as it relates to career education and placements needs of students. Requires ability to work collaboratively as a contributing employer relations team.
