Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and recruit interns and grads from target universities, using your knowledge of various on-campus programs, tools, activities, etc.
• Attend and host on-campus/virtual career fairs, info-sessions, or similar college recruiting events, as a DISH representative.
• Build university partnerships with diversity organizations, student and industry-specific organizations, and other on-campus contacts.
• Establish relationships with business leaders and other key stakeholders to deliver recruiting initiatives, programs and share/leverage best practices.
• Understand our culture to help assess candidate fit on behalf of hiring managers, hiring teams, and DISH.
• Partner with managers to identify and screen candidates.
• Involvement in and driving department projects including project planning, communicating to the right stakeholders, and execution.
• Track critical recruitment data, producing regular metrics and reporting on recruiting activities.
• Provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

• Passionate about campus recruiting.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Excellent recruiting and program management skills.
• Proven record in learning and striving in fast-growing teams.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• The role is an on-site position
