The Assistant Director of the Career Center – Internships (AD-I) serves as the lead of the internship program and works closely with the AD-Employer & Alumni Relations to develop off-campus recruiting/employer relationships that benefit Lawrence University students. The AD-I develops, implements, promotes, and evaluates the campus-wide internship program. This position also collaborates with the Director of the Center for Community Engagement and Social Change, as off-campus community partners served through the CCE may also yield experiential learning opportunities beyond service projects, volunteerism, and the federal community work study program. The successful candidate will stay current with national and local trends to ensure students have access to imp
