The newly created Associate Vice President (AVP) for Academic and Career Engagement is responsible for fostering the integration of academic and career development initiatives to advance student success and post-graduation outcomes. The AVP plays a key leadership role in shaping the strategic vision and implementation of programs that support K-State students’ academic achievement and career-readiness.  The AVP will provide leadership in realizing the advising related goals and strategies associated with the university’s Next Generation K-State strategic plan, K-State’s National Institute of Student Success playbook, and strategic enrollment management plans. The AVP reports directly to the Vice President for Academic Success and Student Affairs and works collaboratively with mem
