The assistant director of Employer Engagement is responsible for leading implementation of key aspects of the strategy for employer engagement established by the Executive Director for Employer Engagement. With a focus on an assigned portfolio of colleges the assistant director is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing career and employer programs in assigned Colleges which support the student and employer experience including: search process for internships and first destination employment, maintaining employer relations, supporting employer contact with students.
