Under the supervision of the Dean of Students, the Director of Career Development and Employer Relations is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing programs which support the student and employer experience including: career exploration, search process for internships and first destination employment, career development, maintaining employer relations, supporting employer contact with students. Additionally, this position will be expanded to include workshops for alumni to assist in mid-career transition; executive preparation; and other areas.  The individual will collaborate across divisions to support integration of career related learning goals into the curriculum and co-curricular experiences and to both broaden and deepen connections with employers or workforce dev
