Provides leadership and direction to a comprehensive department comprised of both career services and employer relations functions that serve students, alumni, employers, and campus constituents. Key Responsibilities: Direct the operational, financial, personnel, and program activities of the department Assist students, alumni, and employer constituents, through all stages of the employment process Career Services includes career advising, interview processes, resume referral, job-posting services, career education, and cooperative education, internship, and externship programs  Employer Relations includes site visits, event planning, developing sponsorship opportunities a
