Summary The Director of Employer Connections is responsible for creating and overseeing the vision of the Employer Connections Team (two team members) that is aligned with the university’s and unit’s vision, values, and goals. This position serves as an NTC Career Services Leadership Team member comprised of the Assistant Dean & Executive Director and Assistant Director for Career Development & Education.
