The Director of Career Services at the University of Houston-Clear Lake is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to enhance students' career development and job placement opportunities to support student success. This role involves overseeing the delivery of comprehensive career services, cultivating partnerships with employers and community organizations, and collaborating with campus departments and colleges to integrate career readiness initiatives into the student experience. Duties: Provides leadership, strategic vision, organization and administrative oversight of the Career Services functional/program areas. Directs the development and implementation of innovative career services and programs, career counseling and consu
