The Associate Director for Career Development is responsible for developing and managing career development functions, educating students about the world of work, developing/enhancing partnerships.Provides guidance and structure for a range of services offered by career services including, career preparation, entry-level jobs, career opportunities, outreach/marketing resources and events, alumni employment services, staff orientation, and programming.Develop career-related programs (i.e., workshops/seminars, etc.) including implementation and evaluation.This role develops strong partnerships with academic colleges and student groups and organizations.Supervises career development team (full-time career coaches and student peer career coach
