The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Manager of Career Services, Academic Affairs, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine

Join our team as the Manager of Career Services at our prestigious university. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the selection of career assessment instruments to be utilized within career services within the university.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, designs/adjusts, delivers and independently problem solves/performs management for all/any surveys.
- Co direct, with the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, two week long Careers in Medicine program for 3 year medical students.
- Provide drop-in and individual career counseling to medical students with a wide range of career related concerns.
- Responsible for the review and selection of career assessment instruments to be utilized within career services.
- Develop and deliver a range of career education and outreach and service programs.
- Provide drop-in and individual career counseling to medical students with a wide range of career related concerns.

Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:
2 - 3 years career services in higher education, preferably experience with professional or medical students

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge: surveys and data management, data reporting, communications
Skills: Strong communication skills, high level organizational skills
Ability: Ability to manage/self-regulate/problem solve action

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $5,687.48 per month
Expected hours: 39 per week
