Hampden-Sydney College is accepting applications for an Assistant Director for Programming and Partnerships. Reporting to the Director of the Ferguson Career Center, the Assistant Director for Programming and Partnerships is responsible for supporting the College mission by developing and managing a wide range of career exploration and professional development initiatives. The Assistant Director works collaboratively with the Career Center team, faculty, and external partners, including alumni and recruiters, to provide innovative programming that prepares students for success after college. This role also provides one-on-one assistance to students and alumni, helping them navigate internship, job, and graduate school searches.
Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree, with minimum of 3 years of previous relevant experience, is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
