In this role, you will lead the academic, fiscal, and operational areas of the school within Valencia College in close partnership with the provost and colleagues around the college. Responsible for ensuring all facets of School plans are aligned with and fulfill the college's strategic priorities and direction.

Valencia College's dynamic School of Business seeks to prepare and immerse students in the latest business theories and practices by providing high-quality programs allowing students to earn Technical Certificates, Associate in Science Degrees, and Bachelor of Applied Science Degrees.
Our programs are taught by industry professionals dedicated to providing instruction that keeps students at the leading edge of their fields throughout their careers. As technologies and methodologies continue to evolve, we prioritize building a solid foundation that fosters lifelong learning and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. Required Qualification
Master's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management, or Related Field.
Specialized Knowledge and Experience
Leadership experience appropriate to a senior leadership role in higher education.
Experience in teaching and learning, including direct experience in teaching.
Experience with student-related issues.
Experience in applying instructional technologies.
Experience in financial analysis, budget development, and the design and assessment of administrative support systems.
Experience with grant and grant management.
Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating student engagement, academic, and outcome data.

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 Per Year
