Assistant Director Career Services
The Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University welcomes applications for the role of assistant director of career services. Reporting to the director of career services, the assistant director supports the office’s mission of preparing students for lifelong career success through customized coaching, competency-focused teaching, experience-based learning, and connectivity with industry.  The assistant director will supervise a small team of professional career coordinators.  This role will also lead programs which support the department’s mission.  The assistant director will be trusted to represent and market the college.  Additional responsibilities include one-on-one coaching, teaching, event coordination, business development, and data collection.
