Sr. Assistant Director, Professional Development Programs
Reporting to the Associate Director for Internships and Professional Development, the Senior Assistant Director (UHR Title: Career Counseling Officer) role ensures that all students—regardless of major or career interest—are equipped with the career competencies and transferable skills necessary for professional success. The Senior Assistant Director will oversee student organization engagement, career readiness programming for CES student colleagues, and the management of professional skill-building programs. Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison to Student Involvement, and experiential learning programs, embedding career readiness initiatives across student engagement and co-curricular activities.
