The Alumni & Student Connections office supports each Lute in utilizing the PLU network to help make their visions a reality. The Career Coach – Career Development Lead is responsible for providing learning, development, career and internship advising and support to all students and alumni. This position works alongside a team of other career coaches and a portion of this role is focused on collaborating with other coaches to provide seamless career support to our students and alumni. In addition, this position leads in the development of resources, integration of career learning into the curriculum, and communication with students.
