The University of Mary Washington (UMW) Career Center prepares students for the transition from college to career and the dynamic and ever-changing world of work. The main purpose of this mission critical position is to develop and manage an experiential education program that removes barriers to student participation and increases students’ preparation for and reflections on their experiences. This position will build and manage the UMW Experiential Program that increases the resources and support for students interested in pursuing career-enhancing opportunities on and off-campus including an internship program, pre-professional advising, undergraduate research, national fellowships, student employment, and others.
